If your child stays with us they will be allocated a key worker. Key workers are the main point of contact for you if you need to ask any questions. They will also take be the lead person who works with your child and keeps their records up-to-date.
Key workers complete care plans and attend annual reviews. They will offer regular time to each young person to meet and discuss any issues the young person wishes and will liaise with day staff about any issues and progress.
Every member of the full time residential staff has key-worker responsibilities and it is a tried and tested approach which families and children both say supports them.
